Norfolk Estate

The house dates back to the reign of Queen Anne, being Listed Grade II as a house of architectural and historic interest. However during the 1960s the property was remodelled and the aim was to return its original detailing whilst retaining the integrity of the original period.

We undertook restoration and enlargement of the main house and extensive alterations to existing farm workers’ properties on the estate. The barn was also restored for use as a studio.

Additionally we completed research and writing of a detailed Heritage Appraisal.
