The work on this outstanding Grade II listed Villa has now been completed. Our proposal included the demolition and replacement of the porch, a single storey addition to the rear, new kitchen/dining room and utility and landscaping of the terrace and boundary walls. The existing balcony was replaced with a structure more in keeping with the original building.
